Stress Free and Pleasurable Puppy Grooming
We want your puppies first experience of our grooming salon to be stress free and pleasurable. Once the puppy is fully vaccinated it is safe to bring them in to the salon environment. We only use hypoallergenic / puppy shampoos which are frequent use and gentle on the puppies coat.
We limit the first groom to around 1 hour and start with a brush and comb out, ears cleaned and plucked if needed, a warm shower , a gentle dry with our quieter low velocity dryer , a general tidy up of the face pads paws bottom area and finally the claws.
On collection we will happily update you on how well your puppy has coped with the grooming process and suggest a plan for future appointments. We keep a detailed record of the visit so we know what we have done and where we can improve for next time.
We will send your puppy home with a spray of doggy cologne a pretty bow and a treat – if permitted!
