Appointments and Pricing
We work to appointments to ensure each dog is allocated a suitable amount of time. The time we allocate will vary from breed to breed, and will depend on the condition of your dog’s coat, its age and general well being. Dogs that have knotted and have poorly kept coats take considerably longer to groom; this means additional time is spent in de-matting the coat prior to bathing and will increase the price of the visit.
We record on every visit; any special instructions you may give us as to the finish required, the shampoo we use, the dogs behaviour, which member of our staff groomed the dog, time spent grooming and the price we charge.
Regular visits to the Salon supported by frequent combing and brushing at home will keep your dogs coat in excellent condition and make the overall grooming experience for your dog very enjoyable.
